NOW  TAKING REGISTRATIONS FOR:-

PERMANENT ACADEMY STUDENTS

COMMECING JANUARY 2015

AND

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 2015 SKILL ACQUISITION
AND DEVELOPMENT PROOGRAM

We are now registering interest for our 2015 skill acquisition and development programs

as well as permanent places in our Academy for 2015. 

 

We are a growing academy and our coaching and development staff have worked hard to create a family environment of people who enjoy to watch, support and of course play the sport in which we all love. Kids will   learn or develop some amazing soccer skills as well as have the ultimate fun during this two week program.

 

The most important experience is for any child we have who undergoes any program or training at our

academy to have fun whilst they are learning, skill training and game training.

 

Football (soccer) is one of the most difficult games to learn and master. The range of skills and techniques

required, using almost every part of the body, to control and move the ball through a 360-degree spectrum

of possibilities, under regular pressure from opponents, means that a lengthy period of practice,

training and development  is necessary for each individual player. 

 

The additional complexity of the game in terms of decision-making and the constant challenge

of correct off-the-ball positioning increases the difficulty of the learning process.

 

Players also need to learn how to function as part of a team, interacting with their ten team-mates while

dealing with the actions of their eleven opponents; they need to be aware of the various tasks required

of the team, and the many and varied individual player tasks.

 

Kids will learn or develop some amazing soccer skills as well as have the ultimate fun.

 

We shall be teaching & coaching them in accordance with the FFA curriculum - 1v1, passing, dribbling, striking, shooting, defending, attacking and running with the ball.

Coaching is our profession and we believe that our role in coaching and developing children into soccer players as well as loving the sport  and striving to succeed in anything the children live and dream to be.

 

We shall be running future programs during school holidays and permanently on a weekly/monthly basis.

In order to keep the group more personal and for the children to obtain good personal development & learning sessions with our coaching staff we have limited places available per training program that we offer. 

 

Upon completion of participating in the entire skill acquisition and devlopment program or a complete year within our academy the kids will be presented with a soccer skills acquisition & development program certificate.

 

The children also have an opportunity to obtain a coaches reccomendation to further their skills with an FFA/FFV affiliated and accredited competition based soccer club upon completion of any of our programs.
